Delivery Charges. 

Delivery costs for our products are based on size and weight.

Each product has been assigned a shipping code ranging between A and M (A being the cheapest and M being the most expensive).

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed as products are added to the shopping cart.

How long does it take to arrive?

Standard delivery:- 2-5 working days (Although Royal Mail advise that 92% of first class mail is currently arriving the next day).

From time to time we may be temporarily out of stock on certain items, you will be notified if the item is out of stock when you add it to the basket. Most out of stock items can be supplied within 7 working days.

Returns and Refunds

Accord Gifts wants you to be pleased with your purchase, that's why we have a no fuss returns policy. If for any reason you are not completely happy you may exchange unused and unopened products within 30 days for alternative items or a refund. We regret that we cannot exchange fault-free items once the packaging has been opened.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days. No questions asked. If we have already dispatched your order, a full refund will be given minus any shipping costs on the return of the goods. If goods have been dispatched by courier and you fail to pick the parcel up and it is returned to us and you then cancel your order additional charges will be incurred by us from our courier firm so these will be deducted from your refund.

Returning an Item

No refunds or exchanges can be given until the goods are returned. We advise you to send goods using recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel on the way back to us.  If you are returning an item please contact us and we will provide you with the correct returns address. Some products should be returned to us whilst others need to be returned direct to the importer or manufacturer.
